Ribbon: Orange, with a bar showing date of award.
Instituted: 1951, became a state award on 1 November 1953.
Discontinued: 1969, being replaced by the Honour Title of Activist of Socialist Labour.
Awarded: For excellence in administration within the workplace, for the implementation of the socialist style of work, or for excellence in the introduction of new working methods that had led to improvements and for showing good work discipline.
