Ribbon: Blue with red edges and a white central stripe.

Instituted: 15 May 1991.

Awarded: To Field Officers whose speciality does not require a minimum prescribed pernod of command for promotion, with completion of thirteen or eighteen years of active service for the third and second class respectively or for six months service as General Officers for the first class.

Grades: 3 (Gold, Silver and Bronze).
