Ribbon: Dark blue stripe in the center, flanked by narrower bright blue ones and white pin stripes, and with red edges.
Instituted: 16 October 1997.
Awarded: To members of the Professional Fire Brigades, Voluntary Fire Brigades and people who are not members of the above, for courage and sacrifice in action, during a fire, flood or another disaster; for particular merit for fire protection and for outstanding service in the Professional Fire Brigades.
Grades: 3 (Gold, Silver and Bronze).
