Summary

This adventure takes place in Moscow not long after the characters have settled in at their new headquarters.

Attention is attracted by the simultaneous and apparently unattended ringing of all the church bells in the city. At the same time a scientist is murdered in his laboratory under mysterious circumstances.

Still unsure about the UNOSIR's real role, the Moscow Militia ask for their assistance in finding out what is going on.
